Other Uses

The WilliamsWarn can be used for producing other types of beverage other than beer.

You can make cold, carbonated water in this machine. If you add water, close the lid, put the cooling on and attached a gas bottle to the unit and apply pressure, the water will become carbonated over a few days. You can also add flavour after carbonation via the clarification pot.

Apart from beers you can make other alcoholic beverages such as ciders, ginger beer, mead and sparkling wine. We have not developed these in any detailed way yet but we will in the future, starting with cider.
